I have now been using Forte for about 8 months and have found it to be an excellent product. I have previously used ACT for my CRM functions but have found Forte CRM to be much more flexible. In particular I find the ability to link contacts and clients to a number of levels extremely useful.
The ability to create document templates enables me to maintain client communications in a very systematic and orderly fashion. For example, I have templates ranging from acknowledging phone calls and requests for information, to standard letters for all my reporting and client communication requirements. The time savings in typing alone is significant. The system also records all activity and provides an extremely effective audit trail which assists in meeting my compliance requirements.
The standard review document template which forms part of the package enables quick and efficient reporting to clients on their portfolios.
Overall I find Forte AWB to be a very cost effective CRM system with the added benefit of also providing portfolio reporting functions.
