Is it really anywhere, anytime? |

This seems to be a common claim in CRM circles. Web browser based systems obviously require an Internet connection to function, so despite claims of “anywhere, anytime” they are not. Forté can be used (at full speed) when there is poor (or even no) Internet connection. So you can use it on an aeroplane (where you can’t use the Internet), in the countryside, in the car, anywhere. We built technology that enables your computer to synchronise data to and from the server when a connection is available. This technology allows you to keep working even if a connection to the server is unavailable. The synchronisation happens in the background automatically and does not require any user intervention. There is no maximum time between synchronisations. The syncronising process synchronises only those items that a user is permissioned to see. Unlike other systems, it does not require any extra messy setup or configuration - it just happens. Most users are not even aware the system is synchronising. This technology is trademarked as ISAC® (Intelligent Synchronising Auto Cache) and is something that is not available in any other software in the world.
Synchronisation is included in the multiuser version of Forté at no extra cost. Forté can also function as a standard client/server application without synchronisation.
